You get deep blacks in simple scenes, accurate HDR tone mapping, very low input lag with VRR, and Google TV, all at a pretty aggressive price. The trade-offs: HDR highlights are too dim to feel truly impactful, local dimming produces obvious halos around subtitles and small bright objects, color and viewing angles are just okay, and Game mode crushes brightness.
