🍫 No-Bake Banana Oat Cake A simple and healthy no-bake dessert with oats, bananas, and a creamy layer. Naturally sweet, chocolatey, and perfect for a quick homemade treat. Pan size: round 8-inch (20 cm) pan --- 🟤 Base * 3 cups quick oats (300 g) * 4 tbsp cocoa powder (40 g) * 1 tbsp ground cinnamon * Pinch of salt * 2 tbsp chopped almonds (30 g) * 3 bananas * 2 tsp honey or sweetener (to taste) --- 🤍 Cream Layer * 3 bananas * 1 cup + 2 tbsp cream cheese or ricotta (10 oz / 300 g) * 1 tsp honey (optional) * Vanilla (to taste) --- 🍫 Chocolate Topping * ¾ bar sugar-free dark chocolate (75 g) * 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable oil (15 ml) * Chopped nuts (optional) --- 📝 Notes 1.
