Baking Instructions: • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). • Prepare two 8–9 inch cake pans with high sides, as the batter rises quite a bit. • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. • Tip: For flatter, more even cake layers with minimal cracking, wrap the pans with cake st
