Stop sacrificing accuracy for engagement. If someone wants to argue that overhead extensions are superior on a head-to-head basis because they train the long head at a longer length, fine. I don't agree with that, but in any case, it doesn't make a proven, stable, joint-friendly movement like a pushdown a "bad" exercise as it's presented here. This is the problem with "tier list" style content (especially short form), in that it rigidly categorizes exercises and exaggerates the differences without taking the entire picture into account. Pushdowns and overhead extensions both have their place when it comes to triceps isolation movements and can be part of a complete training program. #fitness #gym #workout #buildmuscle #bodybuilding
