If you weigh under 200 pounds and still call yourself a "lifter"... yeah that's fine. Most naturals do not have the frame to be 200 pounds lean and will just end up fat and bloated trying to force feed their way to some random number on the scale. When it comes to bodybuilding, body weight on its own means almost nothing. It only matters relative to your bone structure and body fat. A shorter guy can look absolutely jacked at 150, while a taller guy can look straight-up “do you even lift” at 200 plus. For someone around average height, even as an advanced lifter right up near their natural potential, 200 pounds would still likely put them in the high-teens body-fat range at best. Stop falling for this made-up "victim weight" B.S and focus on how you actually look rather than just what the scale says. Aggressive bulking might give you a temporary ego boost when you confuse the fat and water retention for muscle, but that illusion will quickly come crashing down once you cut and realize
