Stop working out only 3 days a week 👎

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, but anyone who claims that 3 days a week isn't enough to build a great physique is really just telling on themselves. What they're actually saying is I don't train very hard, I don't know how to program, or both. Now I'm not saying 4 or even 5 days a week is wrong, but 3 absolutely is enough to build muscle very close or at your full potential if the structure is dialed in. That means every working set taken within a rep or so of failure. Not 3 reps short. Not "until it burns" or "I get a pump", but locking in and genuinely pushing close to your limit. Exercise selection properly mapped so you're covering all the necessary movements without pointless overlap. Tracking isn't optional. You need to log your lifts consistently, and I recommend a "dynamic double progression" model for this, which is a lot simpler than it sounds. And full body or upper/lower work really well here. Those will hit each muscle roughly one and a half to 3 times per we
