Even V-Shred wasn't this bad. This dude genuinely gives some of the worst, most gimmicky advice I've ever seen, to the point where I'm starting to think he's doing it on purpose for views. (Also claims to have lost 125 pounds in 10 weeks by the way.) Anyway, no, you cannot train your biceps separately for "mass", "length" and "peak". All you can really do is build bigger biceps in general, and you don't need endless variations or tons of volume to do it. The reason your biceps aren't growing is not because you forgot to do your 3 sets of 12-15 "pinky twists". #fitness #gym #workout #buildmuscle #bodybuilding
