If you just prefer eating low carb then that's fine, but as long as you're maintaining a net calorie deficit overall, you're consuming less energy than you expend, it doesn't matter how many carbs you ate that day. Whether you're resting or training, even if it was literally pure table sugar (not that I recommend that of course), as long as an energy deficit is in place your body will have to pull from your fat stores to make up for it. Regardless, just make sure that you're meeting your minimum protein and fat requirements for the day since those are essential. Then from there the rest of your diet should just be laid out based on whatever you enjoy the most and can stick to. If that's low carb then great, but if it's medium to higher carb that's okay too. Carbs don't make you fat, only too many total calories does. #fitness #gym #workout #buildmuscle #bodybuilding
